据道琼斯5月15日消息，德意志银行表示，去年沙特平衡预算所需要的油价增加至106美元/桶，而原油价格下挫逾50%。2014年沙特平衡预算的油价比2013年时90美元/桶的价格大幅提高反映出沙特政府支出大幅增加的现实。2014年沙特政府支出同比增加10%，而今年预计仍维持强劲。由于今年沙特政府支出仍将大幅增加，该国平衡预算的油价将达到105美元/桶，这或将令沙特到2016年时的累积预算赤字扩大至1800亿美元。因为当前布伦特原油的价格约为66美元/桶。

Saudi Arabia's Fiscal Breakeven Oil Price at $105/bbl
The oil price Saudi Arabia needs to balance its budget increased to $106 a barrel last year as crude markets plummeted more than 50%, says Deutsche Bank. The increase from $90 a barrel in 2013 reflected a 10% rise in government spending which is expected to remain robust this year. That's likely to lead to a cumulative build in the country's budget deficit of $180 billion by 2016 as ongoing robust spending this year keeps the country's fiscal breakeven oil price at $105 a barrel. ICE Brent crude futures are currently trading around $66 a barrel.
