据悉，墨西哥国家石油公司（Pemex)首席财务长Mario Beauregard在接受墨西哥《El Excelsior日报》采访时表示，墨国油正寻求将业务重点集中在利润更高的领域，如原油勘探和开采活动，公司可能限制甚至出售旗下炼油和石化业务。
Beauregard在接受采访时表示：“当前我们有一些业务没有赚钱，或者是亏钱的，如炼油，正面临重大的挑战。我们被迫对六座炼油厂中的其中三座进行现代化改造。石化行业也是我们失败的一个业务，但是仍然有很好的机遇。”

Report: Pemex mulls sale of refining, petrochemical assets

Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) is seeking to focus on more profitable areas such as crude oil exploration and production (E&P) activities and the company does not exclude the possibility of limiting or even selling its refining and petrochemical operations, says the company's CFO, Mario Beauregard, in an interview with Mexican daily El Excelsior.
"There are some operations that are not profitable or that are losing money, such as refining, which pose an important challenge. We have to modernize three of our six refineries. Petrochemicals is the other activity where we have also failed in creating efficiencies, and there we have a great opportunity," Beauregard says in the interview.
